You better look up the definition of hidden.
If it is not out in the open where you can see it, then it is hidden.
If you have to ask for it because it is not out in the open, it is hidden.
In retail that is often called "under the counter", things they sell but you cannot see or pick up yourself because they have it
hidden under the counter.
