Our Pres. tells Russia that they can't invade a sovereign nation. Wow.
We've done it twice in the last few years without ever being attacked by either nation.
And then we sent in our airforce over Libyan airspace and helped kill their leader (and look what that got us).
And now we are going to bomb in Syria too???

You can make excuses and try to spin things to feel better about it...but the United States Federal Govt. is fucking out of control. And whether Baby Jesus Obama is Pres. or EVIL George Bush is Pres., it makes no difference.

But some enemies are more real than others.
Saddam (after getting kicked out of Kuwait) was relatively harmless. Nonetheless, he made a convenient boogieman for Cheney & Company and yes, for the entire military industrial complex. Hence, the second Iraq war.
Obama wasn't much better in his handling of Gaddafi (although the Europeans were even more anxious to do the same) and if he had his way, "Baby Jesus" would have done the same in Syria last year.
New boss, same as the old boss. Agreed.
ISIS however is the real deal.
Problem is that in saying so our government now comes off with all the credibility of the kid who cried wolf.
