Getting traffic if you create your own content shouldn't be too hard, just post it to the myriad of hentai and toon forums with links back to your site. The real problem you have is your site is pretty crappy....

Red text on black background is hard to read, change that. Dump the huge header image that doesn't sell. Might try a more interesting theme really. Might get yourself a real domain too.
