So what if they keep collecting until NOV 1.... they need to move to answer our demands or we all flip the switch. It would be better to buy time by offering an option to export rebills at the same time improve there service to retain/ most would delay exporting because of up front fees- oh I have followed this since 2009 and I have thought it out well since their other fumbles over the years........ Their needs to be a collective Mass Exit if our demands are not met... not ones and twos!!! 100s!!!!!! Sign the petition.... Our demands must be met by NOV 1 or we'll be canceling our Rebills
