Anyone know of a basic free wordpress plugin for managing applicants through the new hire phase?
Basically, if a small company has a few people doing hiring and training, but applications come to both of them, I want to be able to allow the HR people to add the applicant's name and info, then either check phases or add notes so the other HR person can see what's been done (called: left voice message, hired: in training class 1), etc.
I don't really need an extensive one, other aspects of HR are already managed fine. Just want to streamline the application/hiring process more.
