Schedule Recurring Payments with Ease!

Do you render large volumes of payments to your customers? Are these transfers on the same amount and cycle each time? Use OKPAY Payments Scheduler to organize your recurring payments!

What is a Scheduled Payment?
Scheduled Payments is an automated payment feature that extends existing subscription payments service of OKPAY and enables the convenient scheduling of future payments, both on a one-time and recurring basis. Once you have registered and set up a one time or recurring payment no further action is required. Your payments will be made on time, every time, based on the specified payment schedule template. You receive email notifications of upcoming payments and a confirmation email once each payment has been processed.

How do I schedule a payment?
Any registered user of OKPAY can use Scheduled Payments. To conveniently schedule a recurring auto payment - click on the Payment Scheduler link under the Finances section of your Profile. Payment scheduler also offers several steps where you may automate future repetitive payments. There is no limit to the number of payment schedules you can set up.

How does Scheduling Payments work?
You enter the amount, recipient, comment and create a schedule. Schedule can be cycled e.g. daily, weekly, monthly, etc. or based on a series of dates that define exactly when payments are made. Payment comment can contain variables such as payment number; current year, month, week or day, etc. allowing to identify individual payments in the schedule. Hereinafter, OKPAY will send payments according to the specified schedule.

What are the benefits of using Scheduled Payments?
Scheduling payments with OKPAY saves your time and allows you to rest assured of your obligations are being handled automatically.

For example, if you have a recurring payment that you make on a monthly basis, you must remind yourself that your payment is due, write a check, use a stamp, and trust that it will get to the right place on time.

By using Scheduled Payments, we remember and make the payment for you. You are reminded by email prior to a next payment, each successful payment, as well as on any other associated events for your records.
