thanks, I already checked a big retailer policy and I found out few areas that are called "restricted". I should move in that way to start program my site.
and before start I will call a lawyer to be sure.

you should check some big retailers,
they use USPS as private couriers,
courier policy are the same: "no pornos",
please check before give advices

Florida (We can ship statewide, EXCEPT for Jacksonville and Tallahassee, which are restricted)
Mississippi - completely restricted
Ohio (We can ship statewide, EXCEPT for Cincinnati, which is restricted)
Tennessee (We can ship statewide, EXCEPT for Memphis, which is restricted)
Utah - completely restricted
