Only black people in North America care about that word. It is silly beyond belief.
I hang out with Africans in China. They laugh at how silly most North American black people are...and for the record, they are not really welcome back in the "motherland".
They made me say the word, and brought me to a XXXXXX bar as they call it. I had the best time because everyone spoke English. Friendly and educated. The racism that is going on in North America is fucked up. Granted the guys i hang out with in China are kinda special, they all come from wealthy families and are pursuing high level degrees.
