Good idea. Except that you are teaching members how to chargeback. Nothing will stop them from also making a chargeback on you - after they have enjoyed the free 3 month membership at your new processor.
These remaining members basically turn into "extreme high risk" group if equipped with a step-by-step guide on how to fuck any online merchant.
