If you think you're entitled to free support for only $2,000, you're either an idiot (which you are), or on GFY (which you also are). What they do is ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty. MechBunny is worth more than $1,000 per license with NO support.
In fact, the whole reason I bought my second license (which I don't need; MB is unlimited) was to recognize their great support and solid product, and reward them for such.
