It might be a personal opinion, as I am not into IQ tests, but I donīt think a test for children should be equally compared with an adult one, neither should be a good result treated like a forecast of huge success.
If anyone knows what test does MENSA have (I supposed a custom one, but if its more like Raven or WAIS etc.) speak up (they have quiz at mensa.org/workout but they underline the fact that its not like an actual preliminary test - if you are English native it looks fun though). In the news, nevertheless, they often compare Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale tests (WAIS) with WISC, which is for children, so we have lots of youngsters that beat Einstein or Hawking. The scores from both are uncomparable, as the age is one of the variables for calculation.
I had WISC at the age of 5 and scored 150 points. With Raven few years ago I was not even close to that result

So we shall see how the young "genius" performs in a decade or so
