All sliiing based affiliate programs typically pay at the beginning of the month all unpaid earnings prior to that month. That may change (on our program) depending on income generation.
Banners are inside admin section after signup. Pops we tested and not worth it at this point in time for us so we don't offer any code to provide those easily.

Also, many may know that Konrad is involved in this site. He has an incredible design department along with his programming staff and we can get you really any tool you may need. Our tests were banner on a high traffic tube and they are doing good, explained in this thread above in more detail.

Yeah... we don't have anything designed yet to mention that information prior to signup. After signup and approval more of that information is inside the affiliate admin section. I suppose time to get something up soon for the front end.
