I pour in 4 pounds of Epson salt and a foamy/lavender packet and water as hot as I can stand it. About a half hour before I put a tall can of Corona or a few bottles of other beer in the freezer. I sit back in the tub and drink a few ice cold beers in a super hot tub and then I go to sleep for 9 hours solid. Works every time. No I don't sleep in the tub. Soak in that epson salt for at least 20 minutes.
