Yes, Haiti is also a shit hole, but for different reasons. But that is beside the point. There are many shit holes in this world.
What good is free education when you can't do anything with it? And most of their "free education" is no doubt full of marxist/communist/revolutionary dogma, revised history and brainwashing. Getting no education would be better than getting that kind of education.

Cuba was better off before the revolution. Sure they may have needed a revolution but a communist revolution made things infinitely worse.
