There is always one period when people must think about that. The fact of being one turtle depends on the goal, if the goal is to become one turtle when the projects is up and running in the perfect architecture that's bad ...
IT architectures are often absurd too because create IT architects create architectures of what they don't understand,etc so sometimes it's like the perfect garbage -> they exist to implement what others create and don't understand what was created ... instead of solving the problems are actually increasing those problems ... it's the anatomy of garbage, it ends naturally in one mountain of garbage!
