I would recommend something like
sex.com. I am preparing to work on something like this for quite some time, and I have most of the knowledge that is needed to start. I actually have a website like this for over 2 years, but on a shitty script. There is a lot of sign ups (relatively), and the site seems to be popular with people coming in. You can make a one domain company, based on this, just like sex.com.
