M3's support is crazy good. They don't appear to outsource their support. You only deal with the same 3-4 guys, so they always remember who you are, and what's on your server. Whenever you have a problem, they are quick to refer you to the right guy for the fix. Servers are blazing fast too, never had a problem with uptime either. Best host I've ever had.
