I bet there were captive Soviet (and not only) engineers who worked for Von Braun on his V-2 rockets (you know, the SS scum has personally picked captives to work for him). Does it change anything?

P.S. As about Soviet rocket technologies. Famous Katyushaas made in 1939 w/o German engineers.
