What We Need
We are looking for a strong, self driven, individual who can manage every aspect of a new and exciting project for an Escort advertising site in the Northern European market. The site is a new and effective place for Escorts to advertise their services with a suite of tools to take the advertising of Escort services to a more usable and professional level.
You will be responsible for working with both the advertisers and for driving visitors to the site. All technical support will be given and this role presents unlimited earning potential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Drive traffic to the site through site optimization and development of suppliers and partners.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates that are capable of driving volume (traffic).
- Write articles and build link traffic.
- Present regular analysis reports including number of affiliate partners recruited, conversion rates, sales generated and commissions earned.
- Negotiate and manage agreements and commission structures for affiliates.
- Screening of advertisers and moderation of content posted (ads) to ensure the highest quality product in the market.
- Customer service for advertisers - manage growth through outsourcing.
- Handle incoming emails from prospective advertisers (escorts) until external Customer Service Partner taking over.
- Monitor site activity and search ranking, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase advertiser-generated revenues.
Skill Profile- Proven, measurable results in developing and growing an online business.
- Understanding of affiliate tracking methods, tagging and sale attribution.
- Ability to understand numbers and trends and develop action plans.
- Ability to take on multiple projects at the same time.
- Independent thinker who has the ability to work autonomously.
- Diligent monitoring and identifying fraud and anti-competitive behaviours.
- High level of initiative.
Qualifications- Must have Adult Industry experience.
- Strong knowledge about mobile platforms.
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues.
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally and articulately in both written and spoken mediums.
Position: 100 % full time
Salary: Fixed + bonus
