Yea, the are saying she may do a year in jail. I noticed her MFC site is gone. Difficult for her to make money now. She is gonna need a good lawyer. I don't know if she will find one that can sue for her.
Not sure if a fan uploaded it or tubes pay people to copy streams and upload the videos. But they are pretty much untouchable with their lawyers and DMCA protection. But if she can find a lawyer, He could probably go after the US based sites that embed her video.
