Not watching that shit, but burning people alive, esp. "necklacing" was still happening when I was in South Africa, I think they are (were?) doing it in Brazil and other countries too. Again, it's one thing to read about it in the paper and another one watching a video, so yeah, I'll have to pass on this one...
