Any automatic tool spamming backlinks is going to penalize your site in the long run. Clients have paid me ludicrous amounts of money for disavow and it has taken them months to even see some recovery from their penalty.
Be natural and organic with SEO: do not interact with anyone that spams backlinks. ESPECIALLY for sites you care about. You'll cut yourself out of some huge potential organic traffic by doing that.
