The crusades were what? They were military campaigns sanctioned by the Catholic Church. They killed in the name of god. If you think about this, Obama is correct - Christians killed in the name of their god, not unlike ISIS is killing in the name of their god.

Seems painfully obvious here that we need a different approach here because what we've been doing since the 1970s is nothing but utter failure. Let me put it to you this way - We can't kill them, so sooner or later we will have to make some kind of a deal with them. We cannot stop them from having nuclear power.
