My parents were Republicans, I have never been a Republican. In high school my "Don't switch dick's in the middle of a screw, vote for Nixon in '72" t-shirt caused endless friction in our family and pretty much ended their offer to pay for my college.

Not being a good Republican was a major turning point in my life. Sorry I'm not someone you can automatically look down on and despise.
