It's crazy that that much of those various items comes from just one state. You would think that things would be spread out a lot more to broaden the effect of regional droughts. I've never understood why FL for example doesn't have more farming. We get lots of rain here and the center of the state has large amounts of un-populated land.
As far as the water bottles. I saw a article or video about the amount of water the bottled water companies use. (people were bitching about them getting water too cheap from the govt and reselling it)
According to that article, a single golf course uses more water in a day than the bottling companies do.
