QFT and realized this 'too late'.. I was always a starvin'marvin but parentship made me grow a belly and go up from ~125 lbs to ~175 lbs. I admit that until approx two years ago I was unable to make a few proper pushups.. For most of my life..

Getting big and closing to 35 made me decide to change my diet, my [eating] habits, and made me move. In one year I went back to ~150 lbs and staying there for another year. Trying hard to make a daily habit out of some exercises but it's tough

[..for a pothead..] Anyway, even with little-to-medium daily training you can be very fit [on a long run] and it totally makes sense. I never felt 'fit' and it's just Fucking Right to feel so! I feel stronger, can fuck longer [and better] . Still I am shit with 20-25 pushups at once maximum, and my habit is to repeat 3 times at once. A year ago I was doing 3times 10, 6m ago 3times 17, slowly it builds up even if there are days I am missing. I am fucking happy that I realized and acted in time and entered age 35 already walking the Right Path.
