yes I know its like being given the option to be ripper off or be more ripped off ....but on the other hand they know you aint paying any taxes ect and that you will accept the rip off rate anyways...
a word to the wise: it is not the same what banks ATM you use...I have seen differences of up to 5% on the exchange rate from bank to bank
