I don't know that did Finland pirate that or not, and don't care that much. Finland has bought and still buys guns from Russia (not anything sophisticated anymore as there is "doubt"), maybe Soviets did sell or give permission to make own variant. Though Wiki says that RK-62 is based on some Polish AK-47, but it was Soviet puppet at -62.
