Inside Sales Executive

The Inside Sales Executive role for gay classifieds company is to prospect, qualify, and build relationships with new advertisers, as well as reengage past advertisers and advertisers who have not completed their purchase. The Inside Sales Executive must be self-directed and focused on the achievement of revenue goals.

This position requires the Inside Sales Executive to become well versed in all products, beyond basic features and benefits, as they work closely with advertisers to determine optimal programs. The Inside Sales Executive will need to become versed with sales and purchasing cycles. The position will be a full-time role with hours working in the company office (between 2-3 days a week) and from home the other days of the work week.

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Executive:
  • Plans and executes area coverage and sales approach to assure effective development of underperforming sales area in solicitation of new leads and accounts, which includes cold calling and cold emailing.
  • Provide close personal service to develop long-term advertiser relationships, seek out and develop new business and classified sales, and increase market share.
  • Develop and manage lead generation activities.
  • Conduct prompt follow-up and process sales transactions timely and accurately

Basic Qualifications of the Inside Sales Executive

Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years inbound sales experience

Preferred Qualifications of the Inside Sales Executive:
  • Ability to gain appropriate level of knowledge through self-study, training, and experience
  • Knowledge of administration practices, including use of CRM systems
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong creative-thinking and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, goal and detail-oriented, persistent and dependable with strong probing skills
  • Proven track record of developing leads, as well as closing business over the phone

Hours: 40/week
