I really wish you guys would start saying "Middle America' or 'Middle Americans' because I live in Manhattan and even though I relate much more to those from various parts of Europe than I do to most of Middle America, all this anti-American rhetoric is getting to be a little annoying. So can you guys just please, pretty-pretty-please, start saying 'Middle America' or 'Middle American'. I don't think that's a very difficult request and doing so would also make your arguments more accurate. It's a win-win.
