I mean, if these sites are actually his property, not someone else's. If it is true, then it would be really rational that all paysites owners would ban/blacklist all of his affiliate accounts (which he/she uses on the signbucks site).
But again I do not see it taking place. I am not want to try tell that you are making false allegations against him but this situation looks a bit odd to me, he/she is accused of stealing of multiple paysites and yet all his sites are online and even his affiliate accounts are not affected by this.
