We do not shave traffic at grand slam media. We have two options:
1. Sell your traffic for a cpm or flat rate through our direct sales team
2. sign up for adnium dot com & buy or sell traffic through of self serve RTB. The self serve is in beta but is very powerful and has many targeting options.
