Heres the thing- I was using a friends paypal with no issues recently. The problem is they no longer want me to use it for a plethora of reasons, but because I am already banned every which way from before on paypal I am in trouble.
If I had a paypal account I'd be fine, its just a matter of getting a paypal thats actually mine, and functional.
