In 3 hours, you should have been able to learn how to make a flash banner instead of looking for a free, non educated solution.
I am not kidding. Inside of an hour you would be pimping your services here for $10 a piece.
As for your question? AFTER you learn Flash, rotate your fucking banners that will take you all of 30 seconds to make and upload.
