the honeycomb is the same color as a lot of wax people make, concentrates.. originally I had it set to somewhat opaque but it looked better with it as a full bg.. this is the front page slider, not for the product page itself which features the product pics only. A competitor is using a flower and hummingbird already.. so I'm going with a nectar, wax/honey theme.. its all related.. who really gives a shit.. its just imagery to put the consumers mind in the ballpark of the type of product its most used for.. in this case, wax.
