Hey! They have wrote me that the problem due to moving kink network to a new platform, and kinky dollars will be moved to a new platform
Kinky Dollars as well. So the traffic currently allocating among two platforms, and it brings such problems, i don't know when they will complete this issue but it lasts for about 4 months already. Let me know if you have more information.
