They do that shit here in Hampton Virginia. They tell you to keep your kid home when he/she is sick and when you do, they threaten to take you to court, send out a sheriff or police with a warrant which happened to me twice, thank god both times I proved that my son was under doctors care and I had notes for all days he missed. It still sucked to have to go to court to prove yourself right when all they had to do was wait till he came back to school with the notes.

The 2nd time though it was the schools fault and the judge reamed that dumb bitches ass in front of everyone, she caused nothing but trouble because she forgot to mark the days he was absent with the days to the doctor notes.
