I have a default WordPress site setup using Amazon S3/Cloudfront as the CDN and using the 2015 default responsive theme.

When visiting the site via Android smartphone only the FireFox Mobile browser plays the video but not responsive. Chrome mobile and the default Android browser does not play the videos at all.

What is the best option(s) for WordPress videos to play on all mobile devices and have the videos be responsive?
