get backup of rewrite rules.
and after migtration/modification check those rewrite rules are giving 200 and not 404
issue solved.,
but it will take a hit for few weeks and will come back to its position in serp later.
if you dont want to get hit , then dont do it.,or take super duper care of whats on page .
google notices changes, even h1 h2 h3 h4 h5 and contents of pages.
so be prepared.
