In 1992 when I was a sophomore in high school, I removed the label from a VHS tape of Ginger & Spice by Vivid and applied to where there was typically a label on the cartridge of some random Nintendo game. I told this kid at school that it was a special bootleg XXX Nintendo game that required a special cheat code and sold it to him for $20. Remember, those cheat codes could get pretty complicated. So I just made one up and then every day when he would come back to complain and tell me that it didn't work, I would just tell him that he got the code wrong or that I must have made a mistake and then would give him a new one with a slight adjustment. This guy was pretty much like the DV Times or Gary of my class, so I was able to keep it up for about 2 weeks. I gave him the $20 back but all those laughs my friends and I had about it were priceless. Haha!
