Let me put it another way then....
All I know is 15+ years ago I (like hundreds and probably thousands of other webmasters) was submitting sites to Tommy's and turning his traffic into signups. A lot of signups. What were you doing? Raising your hand to ask teach if you can go to the bathroom? No matter. Over all of those years I have yet to see any evidence he's anything but a solid straight shooter who runs a tight ship.
This thread IS about downtime. If you're not talking about it then "dude, wtf" are you doing here? Could you be mindlessly trolling? I wonder.
If he enacted some policy changes on HIS site I'm sure he had his reasons. If YOU had a problem with those changes why not contact him about it instead of the horseshit you're pulling here? He's always struck me as a reasonable guy, and unlike you he's a noted industry veteran who, if there was a hall of fame, would most definitely be in it.
We haven't even established that you had a submit pass at Tommy's. Did you? If you did and you have a legit grievance about it I would be very surprised if he wasn't willing to work something out with you.
But if you're just wasting everyone's time then by all means continue.
