With affiliate programs and affiliate feeds. Which the content partners of each tube know are there, because it's part of the business model.
From my perspective, this is the best affiliate script around right now. The ability to easily import sponsor content into a wordpress site and monetise it through the sponsors affiliate content, add pages promoting the sponsors and drip feed content is great.
The more sponsors the developer can add the better, there are five new ones added recently and I am sure more will be added as time goes on.
