crockett takes it as an opportunity to argue more and whine.

********** waxes right past it in his attempts to medically diagnose me as depressive irl simply so he can then insult me for being depressed. btw, **********, it's my understanding that depression is a serious illness, why you need to portray someone as depressed irl just so you can insult them reveals much more about you than me. you prolly make fun of cancer patients too, easy pickings.

so you guys want to toy around with making things personal, too bad you are incapable of realizing that by my choice of dumbing down my posts to you, i've let you off the hook. you two are very lucky i don't use my better intellect to completely crawl inside both your heads and take the time to show you directly how to really make something personal.

and fyi, you wouldn't have the slightest idea what's happening.
Ok tough guy.

**********, an apology from me won't make you a better person. for you to claim it's OK to act like you act because someone else didn't apologize to you is simply just a child's excuse and reasoning.

i'm not in control of you **********, as much as you'd like to think that i am. people with integrity do not need apologies from strangers to force themselves to act respectable and keep shit above the belt.

i certainly do not expect better from you, you're the guy who exclaims that everyone who does not drive an EV should be punished while you drive around in, yup, a car with a gas engine. you're the guy that feigns outrage by my use of the word fuck while you insult my deceased mother with unrepeatable mean-spirited words.
Alright then Macho Man tough guy.

How fast is the recharge? Not gonna pay a guy $20-$30+ to sit there for 30-60 minutes considering there is already an 11 hour driving time regulation which could possibly be reduced in the future so don't have 30-60 minutes to waste as truck drivers are already in short supply and continuing to get worse...
Hi Erect,

Yes I agree with you. 800 Mile range and fast recharging would be fantastic. Currently (ha!) I get about 50 miles and recharging takes 4 hours. Tesla's get about 200 miles in 20 minutes I think, and I would love to have that, which is why with any luck, I'll be buying a Tesla next year. Hopefully in the not too distance future though, batteries in all makes of cars and trucks will be at least 500 miles, with super-fast charge times.

Of course it is.

I can plug my car in at home and drive to the city and back on nothing but electricity. The motor that drives the wheels is 100% electric. When the battery is depleted, a gasoline engine kicks in that turns a generator that provides electricity to the electric motor that turns the wheels. You can also charge the battery while on gas, but that of course isn't an efficient use of energy.

You are selling GM short. It's actually a pretty amazing car. Not only is it electric, but it also solves the range anxiety problem that a lot of EV Haters use to bitch about. For typical use, it's pure EV. For long range trips, it's EV + Gas. It's great.

For someone people, cars (or motorcycles) define who they are. For me, I define who I am.

Peace.
