Yep! I am.
If the tax goes towards paying for roads and bridges that's fine. Since the revenue that governments make on taxes added to gas would drop, it makes more sense to tax all cars on the miles driven, regardless of where they get their energy.
Or even better, don't make it a tax - just add more toll booths.
