Whether someone wants to believe this is true or not, they at least have to realize how simple and effective it would be. Just for arguments sake, send in 4,000 people and their mission is to blow up a bomb on December 3 at 11 AM (synchronized based on time zones) at an elementary school, college, subway, hospital, etc. If only 1% followed through, that is still 40 synchronized horrible incidences.

Some people call that fear mongering. I say if I'm thinking about it, I'm damn sure someone else is thinking about it. I hope it's not someone that has the drive to follow through.
