referring to people spinning out all over the place or driving slow? driving slow in the winter saves lives, hands down. People in my parts think that people who slow down in slippery conditions is someone 'who doesn't know how to drive in the snow'.
The way I see it, if you believe that driving the speed limit in less than optimal conditions is a good thing then you should have your license taken away immediately.
