You are in the same situation as me. Here is my 2 cent:
- Platform: Blogging with Wordpress.
- Domain registrar: Go with Namecheap.
- Hosting: Amerinoc, HawkHost are 2 best ones.
- Writer: Hire some skilled writers in GFY, but you have to test them first!
