You can but there is no so many place porn friendly in asia and to go out of asean you will need to get them visas, not so simple.
It will be more simple to shoot there but you need to know well the country if you don't want the cops arrived after your 3rd picture shooting an underage girl with a fake I.D.
It's not so complicated but it can be very risky and it's surely not a good place to "give it a try"
