As I started this thread, I'm STILL on the phone with them. For over 10 years, they have no fucking clue. We are trying to gain control of a 'Protected' domain (not private reg) and it's come down to 5 emails, corporate submission, IRS Tax form, etc., etc. to top level tech supports, and no one can get a hold of the
mysterious ones in charge of their Protected Domain services - even the domainsbyproxy guys can't.
A total joke. STILL after all these years. We have over 600 domains and all of them are with NetSol & Name. Haven't used GoDaddy in years, but this one domain lingers, and it's become the biggest hassle to gain control of it. As of this writing, the matter is still unresolved.
