Since you said the "one thing" (not 4-5 others are putting up) - Modifying pricing structures.
Some things will be cheaper, others will be more expensive; as in less charity work. It's already working.
Second thing; I am going to start selling t-shirts. I had two sales Thursday if the shirts were already available. Got to get my woman in gear.
